Great service and atmosphere, we were seated immediately and given chips and salsa right away, restaurant is extremely clean, restroom is very clean. Music is authentic and not too loud. We went on a Thursday night around 8 pm and it was not too busy. They have indoor seating for around 80 and outdoor seating as well, which was not open yet for the season. The food we got was excellent, I got fajitas and my companion got enchiladas, both dishes were excellent. Waitress was attentive and had our orders out quickly and kept our drinks filled. 10/10 will be back with friends.

What a great spot — I’m really glad I stopped by. I ordered the shrimp fajitas and a beer. First, they brought out chips with salsa — and the salsa was incredible. I ended up putting it on everything — rice, beans, even the main dish. Just perfect. The fajitas were delicious too, full of flavor and well-cooked. The staff was super friendly, the service was quick, and the place has a great design and atmosphere. Solid five stars from me.

While visiting Mankato, I stopped by this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The interior made me feel like I had stepped into Mexico — vibrant, colorful, and full of charm. It created the perfect atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Both the food and service were excellent — everything was fresh, flavorful, and served with care. I’ll definitely be coming back every time I’m in Mankato. Highly recommended

I enjoyed the food here pretty well. I also had their margarita which was very delicious. Their chips and salsa were good and also had guacamole which was good too. I would like to go back a couple more times to review some other dishes. The wait staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome.
