I had a really frustrating experience at this Taco John’s. My order was completely messed up the first time, and when I tried to address it, the staff gave me rude looks and actually threw the food away aggressively instead of handling the situation professionally. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I just wanted the food I ordered. They did remake my order, but unfortunately, it was still wrong the second time. Food is good as always but the horrible ai at the drive through makes the food not worth it anymore, the ai doesn’t understand half of what I’m saying and assumes the rest of my order, it cuts me off when I’m talking, and doesn’t tell you the price of your order half the time. It really just holds up the line and makes u wait 20 min for your ”fast food”, sit down restaurants are faster than the drive through

Staff were very friendly. It's a very clean store. Food was delicious and came out pretty quickly. I got the super potato oles which was very filling. I was unable to eat all of it and took half home.
