I'm writing this as I'm still here. We waited 25 minutes to be seated, which is totally fine, sometimes that happens. But in total of how long we waited, this matters. We waited 20 minutes to be greeted and another 10 minutes to get our drinks and our server forgot one. Then we ordered our food and it took 45 minutes to get our food and they forgot one of our meals and it took another 15- minutes to get their food and we were only offered a "discount". Overall was there from 11:30 until 1:30 pm. We were all finished with our meal by the time the last meal got out. The food is good but not wort

I used to order once a week from them and the food is delicious, when they get it right. This last year more than 3 times they messed up my order thru Door Dash. I never had problems ever till this last year. Every time I order a grilled buffalo chicken sandwich, they either give me fried chicken ( which I don't like) or a buffalo wrap. I love their food but I am extremely frustrated. I tried again today and got a wrap instead of my grilled chicken sandwich. I hadn't ordered since May but I thought I would give them one last try. First time here. Is atmosphere and service were great. Food was good although the hash browns could be cooked a little more and our sausage languagere cold and had to be sent back but were promptly corrected. Other than that great place to eat.
