Wings literally have feathers all over it. No way it wasn’t seen when preparing. It was the first thing I seen when I opened it. I always praise BWW, and this is the first time Iv been disappointed. Attention to detail when prepping food would be nice. We choose to come spend our money at your restaurant. Give us good service and food.

Reina was amazing at Buffalo Wild Wings⁠! The food was great as usual and everything was packed up correctly and ready quickly, but Reina really made the experience stand out. She had great suggestions when we were deciding what to order and was spot on with her recommendations. She checked in with us at just the right times while we were waiting and made sure we had everything we needed for our order without being overbearing. She was friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude the whole time.

Recently visited BW's in Mansfield, TX on a Tuesday evening. Ky our waitress was awesome. She did everything right. She went thru the specials, walked me thru the website and the app, and got me a great special. Her timing checking in on us was perfect. We love to stop in for tots and traditional wings. The tots weren't quite as crispy as usual but were still very good. The wings were amazing as always. This place has had some better wait staff lately and Ky was proof of that. Nicely done BW's.

I decided to order here on my birthday. I ordered a 10 piece combo, traditional wings. I got my wings and half of my wings were missing. I was already far from the location so I decided to call & somebody of the name of “Logan” told me that a manager was gonna call me back and give me my refund. I called back the next day which is January 12 and somebody told me that they don’t do callbacks and I cannot get a refund because it’s the next day and everything is “gone“ please do not go to this location if you want your money wasted.
