I went through the drive-thru on 3/14 around 9:12 am and interacted with the same employee twice. The first time was when I asked about using my parents’ military discount. I explained that I’m a dependent and showed my ID, but I was told the discount couldn’t be used unless my parent was present. The second interaction was when I gave my name for the order. The employee said she didn’t see it in the system, but the way she spoke came across as rude and dismissive. I understand policies can vary, but the interaction felt unnecessarily unfriendly. They have a sweet special needs worker here who forgot someone’s order and the manager called her out in front of customers including myself! In a very demeaning way- that is not fair or okay! She’s very sweet and nice and I think that was completely out of line.

Last night they didn’t give me any sauce with my salad I couldn’t eat a dry salad I had to toss it. Today they gave me a spoiled salad. Never had such horrible experiences with chick fil a before won’t be eating this for awhile

The food hasn't been consistent at this location however we frequent this location due to proximity to my home. Whenever I engage at other locations, i.e. near my job or in cedar hill. The service is the chick fil a standard. This location is haven't been greeted in the drive- thru during several visits. As I arrive, they are sitting on the curb, on thier cell phone, or just disengaged. When I pull up, it's " what can I get you you or do you have a mobile order". I'm a former resident of Atlanta (20 years) and home of chick fil a .... I guess the southern hospitality is just different. Also
