Super disappointed in our meal. I used to grow up on La Costa and moved out of state. Came back to visit and this was my first stop right before closing. The environment was the same however the food is completely different. Unfortunately because I was traveling and went late for dinner I didn’t have the time to take it back and get a refund or have them remake it. The Al pastor looked undercooked. We ordered a steak quesadillas that had no cheese, it just looked like a ginormous soft taco with lettuce, meat and salsa but no cheese. What was supposed to be a nostalgic trip to my childhood favo

Food is good, i got 2 tostadas with shrimp and octopus. I told them to chop up the shrimp but hey nobody's perfect, i get it people make mistakes. That didn't bother me what did bother me was the price $22 and some change. Like i said food quality is good but it is a bit overpriced in my opinion. Let me know if im tripping i don't go out much so let me know if that's normal or not.

I used to eat here all the time and I loved this place.. I’ve been out of area for a coupe years. I ordered a torta and I asked for no sour cream and they made it with mayonnaise. I went back up and asked them what it was they said all tortas are made with mayonnaise (I call b.s.) and they would not make me another. I will never give them another dime and I will tell everyone I know not to spend money here !

Very cute walk-up taqueria with outdoor seating. I had tacos with lingua and cabeza, so good! Generous with portions. Sitting area surrounded by palm trees, gives you an island vibe 🩵
