We had a very disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese and will not be returning. From the start, the customer service was terrible. The staff treated us like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Several games were broken or completely unplayable—we counted at least six—and we still lost points trying to use them. When I finally found an employee to help, I was told to go to the front for reimbursement. The cashier barely listened and only gave us 3 points back, which didn’t come close to what we lost. There was no effort to make it right. Safety was also a major concern

They did a great job for a 7 year old's birthday! They are organized and kind. They make things run smoothly and keep you in the loop. They anticipate your needs for a kids party well. The pizza was surprisingly good. I didn't expect that at a kid's place (or CEC in general based on years ago). Definitely recommend it for an elementary age kids party! The trampoline and jungle gym cost extra which is my only big issue. Made for difficult and unnecessary convos with upset kiddos.

Incredible bday for young kids- I was a little worried that 3-4 year olds wouldn’t understand the concept of the video games, but so much to do from rides and easy games for kids. the play structure and trampoline area are safe and clean and super fun as well! Appreciate that there is an attendant standing there limiting the kids in and out. The mega fun bday party package included so many extras from the ticket blaster to the dance show- really felt special! We won a pass here, and haven’t been in about 10 years! My 8yo had fun! Everything is on a card, and you have to buy the card, even if you have a gift card. Pizza was good! Our 30 points lasted about an hour, and that was perfect!
