Generally good, but when they let you down they let you down HARD. Last night I ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery and for an entire hour the site kept resetting the status of my pizzas to the start of the process, as if my pizzas were being given away and my order procrastinated. I then proceeded to call and complain and the one who answered wisely decided that my pizzas were just getting sent out (Had she not said that I would have asked to cancel my order and asked for a refund) however it still took another half hour before the delivery was made. All three pizzas were so burnt we couldn't eat the outer portion or crust. The pizzas were rock hard. Absolutely terrible. Threw away a whole pizza and a half. I keep giving them chance after chance, but this is it. Never again.
