Pho Gia Vi — very authentic spot and definitely worth a visit if you’re craving good pho. We tried the steak pho and the vegetarian pho, and both were excellent. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the meat in the steak pho was delicious with options for rare or well done, which was nice. They give you plenty of additions on the side too — bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, and lime — so you can customize it how you like. Portions are very generous. Even the small was pretty big and more than enough for one person. They also have an extensive menu beyond pho, plus a good selection of bubble

I’ve been here at least a dozen times, and I’m just now leaving a review. Honestly thought I already did. I come all the way from Deerfield to eat here, even knowing there are pho spots closer to me. That alone should tell you something. Hands down, this is the best pho broth. If you know, you know. And the fact that the local Vietnamese community come to this place too? That says everything.

Stopped here for dinner after reading reviews on Facebook. They weren’t kidding, best pho I’ve had in Broward!! Restaurant has a nice vintage feel to it, service was quick and staff was super nice. Chicken pho and spring rolls were 10/10. Definitely worth a try
