This McDonald's is one worst managed locations. The employees are rude and incompetent. I ordered an ice coffee with Carmel. When I arrived at home I tasted the coffee, it had hair in it. I drove back to the McDonald's drive thru and explained that there was hair in my coffee. They acted like I was lying and then started to complain amongst themselves. When they handed me the new coffee I asked the employee was it that hard to make a coffee without hair in it. He said they had made a new one and closed the window while I was responding. This location has always been poorly managed.

I wanted to share a recent drive-thru experience that left me disappointed. This morning, around 7:35 a.m. on 6/2/2026, I pulled into the drive-thru ready to place an order for several people in my vehicle. As I was organizing everyone's order, I heard the automated question, "Will you be using your mobile app today?" At that exact moment, one of my passengers decided to change their order, so I was focused on making sure I got everyone's food correct before responding. This location is absolute crap I was greeted at the drive thru speaker with "what do you want" by some girl and then they had us pull off to the side so they "could make it fresh" nothing was fresh my fries are cold and they messed up every burger in our order. My patty is burnt and im missing topping and the one topping I said I didn't want they put extra of it on my scrappy burger.. you guys work fast food. Do better
