5/26/26 Kerri and her crew at Burger King in Marion were absolutely amazing on 5/26/26 around 11 PM. The customer service was outstanding from the moment we walked in, and the entire team created such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, especially that late at night. The sandwich came apart while eating. Had to use silverware to finish eating. Have eaten here several times, but after 2 lousy experiences this week, I will not be back. I’m a retired baby boomer and this is not what I would call “Making America Great Again”!! Pay your workers what they are worth and you won’t to have employ people that belong there.

I pulled into this Burger King and parked in the parking lot as my partner and I made separate online orders on our phones. During this time the parking lot is moderately empty (7:15p.m,) and when we completed our online order, we pulled into the drive thru for pickup.
