Not too sure why running out of large cups is a customer problem. Then told that I can pay for a small to complete the large I had ordered but only received a medium. A company that makes that much money shouldn’t be trying to make extra off its customers

Most of the staff rude. Manager especially, called for more than 40 minutes no answer went back to bring a blueberry muffin back asked for a coffeecake muffin my daughter is allergic to blueberries. Told manager I called for more than 30 minutes to explain the problem, no answer. She said we are too busy to answer phone she never apologized for giving us the wrong muffin. I told her I needed it to be toasted with butter since my daughter is now working it’s late and she will not be able to do it herself she butter cost extra. Coffee taste like mud dish water they add 1 teaspoon of coffee to a gallon of water in it taste like mud and then they try to sell it to you and the donuts are still. I found an ant in my glazed doughnut. It was disgusting.
