I added mustard to my sandwich and you choose me. That's all they put on there. I ordered a frozen drink. They made it before my meal was ready. So it was melted when they gave it to me. I asked them to cut my sun sandwich in half. I'm not sure if they know what the meaning of half is. I ordered zesty sauce for my onion rings. I have absolutely no sauce in the bag. Whatsoever, not even a substitute. It's almost as if this restaurant is being ran by remedial people.

7 cars in drive through and it took 23 minutes to get food. Someone came out and took our orders at our window while we sat in line, not moving. Paid at the same window we picked up at. Had to ask for straws and then napkins too. Terrible experience, and it was like this the last two times we used the drive through

My husband bought me a whopper only. I wanted everything else but lettuce. I open the wrapper. It was lettuce. It seemed they tried to remove the lettuce. Let’s talk about worse. The meat was cold the bread was cold. I swear the sandwich taste like it came out of the refrigerator. I guess I didn’t have it my way. I blame management when you allow employees to give customers wrong orders and cold food. I wasted my money and now my time. The sad part is no one cares because it wasn’t your sandwich you made. Nor did you care about it. Get better cooks and people with better customer service.

Please hire new management, this location has very high wait times, rude employees and constantly receiving wrong orders. Surprised this location is even open with the service provided here. It is absolutely absurd and if I could get my money back I would. Absolutely needs help from another Branch or something. **Site does not work whatsoever
