I ordered Cinnamon rolls from the Bakery for my husband to take to work. When I got home with them. They were in a box (which I requested) with no covering or wrapping. They were hard as a rock and crumbled. I was so dissapointed. I quick called the Bakery and talked to the Mgr. I live 30 miles away and didn't have time for them to re-do them as I needed them at 7am the next morning for work. The Mgr suggested putting a warm bowl of water in with the rolls to soften them up, or wrap each individual roll in plastic wrap to soften them up. I didn't think I should have to correct their mistake.
