For the third time in three years. the Media Scholars program at the University of Maryland chose Bob Evans in Laurel to cater our Media Thanksgiving because the students love the turkey and all the sides, especially the Mac and Cheese. This year I went in and worked with manager Mykenna to determine exactly the amount and type of food we needed. Was in the area last Wednesday for some real estate showings and took a lunch break. Had a choice between Bob Evans and Panera at the shopping center. Decided I wanted a more down-home lunch and stopped by Bob Evans - SO GLAD I DID! Was met with a friendly hello when I walked and and immediately sat. My server, Debrah, came ove and took good care of me - and made sure she stopped by frequeently to see if I needed anything. Food was promptly delivered to me and was tasty and well worth the $$. I can't say enough good things about Debrah! She is the best!

My worst experience ever at a Bob Evans. The manager gets super defensive when customers have an issue with their food. The chicken breasts were tiny, almost half the size I saw at another Bob Evans last week. The biscuits were rock-hard—we think they were from the day before. When we complained, the server just said 'sorry' and changed the subject.
