I frequent Taco Time at many locations for a healthy alternative when choosing fast food while traveling for work through out Washington. This is the worst one Ive been to. I ordered a chicken Fit Hit bowl and even though I appreciated the speedy service the food was not great. The contents of the bowl was cold, not hot. Tasted like the ingredients had been sitting at room temperature, not fresh. The inside of the store was not that clean and had a weird smell. I ordered my food online and the order showed delivered and they charged my credit card. When I arrived at taco time I was informed they did not receive the order, and thats it. No assistance to fill order or way for them to check an order I showed on my phone with transaction # and the manager just turned his back and walked away. Called customer service and they acted like no big deal we will just refund they money. But I did not get my food, so I went somewhere else.

The furniture and booths are a little bit dated, but the customer focused service was top notch. The food value for your money was great. Nice, hot, great tasting food delivered to my table with a smile.

The crisp beef burritos are now the size of taquitos… they lie dead under the heat rack, and get fried a second time to give the impression of hot fresh food…. But it’s just extra greasy, extra hot, and overcooked. Good good fresh fresh is dead.
