Sarah that works the midnight shift is one awesome worker. I go between 430-5 am and she’s usually the only one there while day shift is sitting in the lobby watching her take care of multiple cars in drive thru by herself instead of clocking in and helping! If she’s not the manager she needs to be. She’s a rockstar in my eyes. I have a distinctive voice and when I start talking she peeks out the window and gives me a smile. She makes me my favorite drink and I don’t even have to ask her to make it,she asks me if that’s what I want!!! That’s great customer service!!!!!!!!

Went to Dunkin with a thirst for the new refresher. After several minutes at the drive through speaker I was finally able to place my order. Pulled around the building to be third at the pickup window watching 3 employees meandering around the restaurant fixing single drink orders for the two cars in front of me. When I got to the windows none of my 2 drinks were prepared. The first drink was correct, the second drink was completely wrong. I even had to show them the receipt so that they knew what to make. So I watched as again they slowly corrected my second drink which was not made correct

As it went through the drive through and ordered my drink.I wasn't even paying attention and forgot to get my wallet out and my money ready.And the nice young man in duncan donuts paid for my drink. He was so sweet and so kind. And I told him I'd pay it forward as well. I keep going back trying to find him again. I don't know what his name is, but I do know what he looks like. Thank you young man !

If I could give zero stars I would!! You have about 10 young kids in there working I walk in and out of all of them not one person said anything to me! I got a order of hashbrowns which tasted like they had been sitting there all morning! I then get 25 donut holes and I ask the girl to split up blueberry, chocolate and glazed well I get home and would you know there's powered in there as well. Also did they stop putting glaze on their glazed donuts?? I also got a southern peacan coffee that was so sweet I threw the whole thing away. Terrible food and customer service!!
