I had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. Despite there being seven employees on staff, I waited 30 minutes for my order, while five customers who arrived after me were served before I received mine. This level of service is unacceptable, and I believe it would be beneficial for the owners to reassess their operations and implement strategies to improve employee productivity and customer service.

Went there this morning supposed to be open at 5 was there at 530 still not open the pictures were taken at 530 still not open had to go out my way before going to work

Let’s just say I’m not a matcha girl and a Starbucks person. I went here last night and asked a young lady suggestions. And she was so sweet patient and made me the best matcha well it’s my first but for now the best ever. Thank you Janet such a sweet young lady.

This is my second bad review for this location, and I’m leaving it because people deserve to know what they may be walking into. It’s 2026. Customers have every right to leave reviews, and in my opinion it’s even more important to document the bad experiences so other people don’t have to deal with the same thing. I’m not the type to only complain either. I leave good reviews all the time when businesses do the right thing.
