Felt like since we weren't a local we didn't deserve decent service. Still has the best French dressing ever made. Soup was good - a little salty but yummy. Dallas was awesome. Server made us feel like she was doing us a favor waiting on us but was super sweet and chatty with the locals at the 3 surrounding tables.

Wait staff was great. Food was OK. Hostess on duty needs training in customer service. We finished our meal Thursday afternoon. My wife was browsing the toys and treats at the register. I put our ticket in my pocket and went to the restroom while she browsed. She bought a couple items. The Hostess bagged them and said the charge was $48 +. My wife questioned that. It's always a good experience at the Cannonsburg Ky Bob Evans. Food orders are always correct and tasty! Never a long wait for food to be prepped. The waitress we've had over the past couple visits has done us a stellar job! (Can't remember her name)

Stayed at the wonderful Holiday Inn Express and needed a hearty meal. Ordered easily online for that specific location. Was called by the manager that they no longer carry a specific item. That was fine, easy fix. Order was ready in twenty minutes. Walked in the side door to pick up. Greeted curtly by frazzled cashier. Two families were waiting to be seated with a half empty dining room. Cashed me out first... wish I had waited because I tipped before I knew of the problems... lol.
