“Took them about an hour to bring nachos and chicken sandwich in empty place 11PM. So that’s instant 1 star from me. Food also way below other Danny’s places. Nachos had no salsa but few pieces of ruff chopped tomatoes and almost no beef. Probably worst experience i ever had at Denny’s anywhere.”

This 5 star rating is for the single employee who was running the entire restaurant by herself this past Sunday. No human could have done a better job of seating, cooking, serving, refilling beverages, delivering bills, and collecting payments at the register. The location is under a major remodeling and it was apparent that certain supplies were out of stock. The waitress was very politely suggesting alternatives and substitutions for us and others. Management needs to step up and fully staff and supply this restaurant. My son and I had a lovely lunch and we really appreciate the hard work.

My husband and I had stopped here for lunch today the service was phenomenal. Our server was very attentive and pleasant, we got the joy to share a couple words with the GM, Kailyn. I tried the He-Man Burger at Denny’s and it was honestly better than expected. The burger was big, juicy, and packed with flavor. The toppings worked well together without being too overwhelming, and the fries were fresh and crispy. Service was quick, and the portion size definitely matched the price. If you’re really hungry and want a solid diner-style burger, this is worth trying.

Walked in,there was several customers like 7, waited like 6 minutes for someone to come out to seat us, dirty tables that hadn't been cleaned off for awhile, waitress was not friendly at all, took our order, brought drinks, brought food out later and never came back until we was ready to leave, never asked if we needed anything,no drink refills, a guy was talking to her that worked there and he was friendly,he checked us out and was friendly, laughing and came up with a idea for the place and it was a great idea, change to 50 style restaurant with some light music in background and I would have to agree with him because the place was dead feeling. This is our 3rd or 4th time there and same dead atmosphere. We drive a hour to eat at Dennys since we do not have one in the Charleston,WV area which they need to put one in at Teays Valley area Hurricane area or Rt 119 Corridor G area in Charleston,WV. Hint, Hint...
