This is, without question, the worst‑run KFC/Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every visit has been a disappointment. The quality, consistency, and overall experience have dropped to a level that’s honestly shocking. I personally know several people who have worked here over the years, and every one of them has described the back‑of‑house environment as extremely poor in terms of cleanliness and organization. Ordered 8 piece bucket meal, the Mac and cheese was hard and stale, the mashed potatoes and gravy had a very thick film on it, the chicken nuggets were small and hard, the potato wedges were hard as well. Left feedback and was supposed to be contacted back within 2 days and it's been over a week and still no one has contacted me. This was one of the worst food experiences ever do not go here they don't care if the food or service is any good.

Between THIS Taco Bell/KFC location and the Russell Taco Bell location, they're HANDS DOWN the only two Taco Bells in the Ashland area that consistently put out a great product, great customer service and a clean place each and every time. They are friendly and efficient-- definitely paying attention to their customer satisfaction. It's a hybrid location with KFC... which makes the whole family easily satisfied.
