Was such an odd experience. Learned that KFC and Taco Bell are owned by the same company. This location is 95% KFC, 5% Taco Bell. The only Bell to this KFC is the Taco Bell sign outside and the menu on the corner of the KFC menu. We went to get tacos but ended up getting chicken nuggets cause getting tacos from a KFC is oddly suspicious. I ordered the nuggets/wedges/biscuit/soda. The nuggets were barely warm, the wedges were paper thin, biscuit was good, soda was watered down a bit. The only plus of this restaurant combo is I was able to put diablo sauce on my nuggets cause they were out of N

I have given this location the benefit of the doubt several times. Even spoke to the manager in the past about orders being wrong, missing food, or wrong food. Well it happened for the last time 2 days ago. The order was not even close to what I had asked for. I shouldn't have to stop and open each item to ensure my food is right. Nor should wrong items be in the bag. Don't even bother saying no lettuce, you will get double. Done with this location!

On April 10th 2026, I decided I wanted to eat some KFC chicken strips, upon arrival a man in a truck was ordering plenty, he had received two bags of food. When I asked for my chicken strips-very politely- they refused and told me no. I was then never asked what I wanted instead. So now on this incredibly disappointing night, I have to sleep hungry. Please do better.

After tonight, being this my first time having food from your store, I would love the manager or owner to contact me immediately. Tonight's food was God awful, I got home and opened everything and it was cold. Doesn't help that they took they're sweet time too so it took me almost 20 minutes from the speaker to the window. That is ridiculous!! Contact me or I'll just take this to corporate. Won't be coming here again.
