On 1/12/26 I made order online for two items and it will be last time I order anymore from this location. Instead of crunchy tortilla shell for my veggie bowl I got tortilla soup with regular bowl. I did not order tortilla soup, yet when I got inside there were only two people having lunch and nobody was in-line.

I had an online order for delivery and after waiting an hour, the door dash person was there for 15 minutes, my order was cancelled. When I called the store they said that the card had been declined but they had never contacted me to review. Their app has issues iwth Apple Pay, apparently. The employee started talking over me and hung up on me. I tried calling the store back and they refused to answer nor did I ever receive my order. I then checked my credit card statement and found that I had still been charged because the orded had gone through. I had to go through Qdoba corporate suppor

Qdoba is my new years go to for a quick high quality meal. I'm only getting to mini bowl. I might not be large in size but sure isn't lacking in flavor. I really like the chicken and I'm able to add what I want to make it the perfect combination. The restaurant is clean and and the staff really works great together. For a fast food restaurant their staff is a 10. As I was eating one lady was cleaning up making sure every table was clean and ready for the next customer. I highly recommended this location and give them a try also sign up for the app to earn freebies.

Ordered a catering order and they forgot half the order at pickup. Tried to reach the store GM for nearly 10 days before I could get a response. Was directed to their director of catering, I have been trying to reach him for 5 days with no response. What an absolute joke of an establishment and operation. I would look elsewhere for any catering or large orders. There are many reputable businesses to work with, skip this place and avoid the headache.
