I ordered an impossible whopper and it was loaded up with bacon on it. When I called to let the store know the manager Bill tried gas lighting me saying it's a common way of ordering it. No it is not, why would you lie on top of it all?

ordered 2 whoppers with cheese and asked for hot off the broiler. Received them thru the drive thru and both were not edible. The burgers were like hocky pucks and way overcooked and not hot off the broiler. Disappointing as Burger King has best tasting burgers compared to competition but only if the workers would take pride in their work and making the product you offer the way they are intended to be.

One of the better burger kings ive been to lately. Food is hot amd fresh and they don't have toilet waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes like others. Friendly staff as well. I drive farther just to go to this particular burger king.

I never complain, but because this is the 2nd time coming to the place. Both times waited 4 ever and it was very slow. So no excuse. Food cold, cheese tots rubbery. Associates standing around. Yikes that's ridiculous. I work in the customer service industry so teach these people that hot food and cooked right brings people back. Certainly not cold crappie hard food does. You lost my business
