I love coming to this store, and I appreciate the cleanliness, but the management and staff really need to get it together. Feb 22, 2026 one self checkout station was open and most of the registers needed an override for whatever reason. There was absolutely NOBODY that could help clear these registers and get people moving. After waiting 10+ minutes I found someone but she called someone over the loudspeaker and that person never came. One young man was doing his best to help, but couldn't do much bc his override code wasn't working, I think he may have borrowed someone else's. The Customer

Has been going downhill for the last 2 years. Cashiers on their phones, baggers walking away to stock shelves the moment a customer comes up. Audible groans when you say “paper, please”. Cashiers closing registers when they see customers coming and getting on their phones. I’ve switched to Costco for 95% of my needs. If I return to this location I will consider theft to make up for my terrible experiences.

Produce quality needs improvement - cherry tomatoes, strawberries and blueberries mold very quickly. Bagged lettuce is either frozen, brown, or out of stock. Coupons received in the mail are for products not carried in store, like celery sticks. Sale priced items throughout the store are usually out of stock like english muffins, cottage cheese, strawberry yogurt, and Pepsi products. Rain Checks seem to be an annoyance to the Customer Service staff. Stockers always will check the "back room" but never find items - there is always a truck "coming tonight." LOVE this store! Our first time in the area and was new to the store. We enjoy shopping here very much. Good service, prices and food selection. The store is CLEAN, organized and well staffed. This makes a HUGE difference on where I’ll shop. I was having trouble with my account and customer service FIXED the problem for me. Now this our go-to grocery store for ALL our food needs.
