I ordered the family meal with two orange chicken, one honey walnut shrimp, fried rice and lo mein as the sides. They said it would take four minutes for the chicken and shrimp, that’s fine I didn’t mind waiting. 20 minutes passed and I finally track down an employee and ask where my food is. She comes back a minute later and tells me it was just sitting on the counter waiting to be boxed. So my food was just sitting there for 16 minutes getting cold. This is the location we regularly visit and normally have pretty good service, however, they’ve made some mistakes in our orders in the past. Today will be the last time we give them business. I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window they said one of the entrées would take about 5 mins extra. I stated that was good with me , paid and pulled ahead to park. Then I waited, and waited and waited some more. After 15 mins and seeing numerous people going and coming back out with food, I shut off my car and went inside. Customer service "was good and the food looked good"—until I smelled and tasted the fried rice. It smelled and tasted like it was from 4-7 days ago. The broccoli didn’t look or taste fresh either—definitely past its prime. And by the way, THEY FORGOT MY ANGUS STEAK! They replaced it with honey walnut shrimp, even though I only asked for the Angus on the first plate. Edit: I’ve been going there this year, and it’s gotten better—at least when I order around noon. So I’m updating this review and giving more stars.

Ordered a bowl with fried rice and beef and broccoli. The rice had absolutely no flavor and the vegetables were mush try to stab them with a fork and couldn't. Rice was very mushy too keep in mind this was a new batch. The beef and broccoli should have been called broccoli with beef because there were very little amount and sized pieces. The beef was also very pale in color compared to most places I've gotten it. Ordered a egg roll as well the outside was hard to bite into. And the inside was absolute mush and tasted almost freezer burnt. There was not enough sauce in the world to make this di
