I come to this Qdoba usually once a week and am disappointed by today’s meal. I am a vegetarian and selected no protein on my online order and there were two pieces of meat that were in my bowl that I found after I started eating. I’m really disappointed by this and hope that this store is more aware and careful when preparing meals. I love this place and will be returning but did have to pick at my bowl like a bird to make sure I didn’t eat any meat.

Extremely RUDE staff!!!! I had 3 orders that I wanted to order and each time I mentioned what I wanted the woman making my order was rolling her eyes and nodding her head. Felt like I was asking her to do something that was totally impossible. She didn’t even try to wrap my burrito properly and just rolled it like she was rushing and mind you there were more than 5 people working. Absolutely terrible service!!

Finished my work shift at the hospital and was too tired to cook, so my husband and I decided to quickly grab something from here. Turned out to be a horrible decision that soured our night. We stopped in tonight, 5/7/26, around 9:35pm. The lady working the line instantly rolled her eyes at us in annoyance. The whole time she was providing us service, she continued rolling her eyes and gave us a nasty unprofessional attitude as though we were the greatest inconvenience to her. She was roughly handling our food and was unkind in tone and behavior. I would suggest that corporate have a training

Food was not satisfied at all , rice is clumpy not all the way done & when I walked in workers were obnoxiously loud and area was not cleaned at all. Steak is crunchy, no flavors whatsoever. It just didn’t taste good at all. The cafe area is dirty. There is workers shoes and purses in the booths. The one worker did not know how to use the cashier system properly. Ringing up wrong, and didn’t know how to redeem my rewards . They sitting on the phones right now. Wearing open toed crocs to work I don’t think that sound right.
