We go here every Friday before school as an end of the week treat. They are very very quick typically and almost 💯 get the order correct which is the best part. Nothing worse than kids expecting a certain breakfast and finding out we were handed the wrong bag.

The man with piercings who took my order made the wrong drink, then told me that he didn’t have to remake it since I didn’t “know how to speak” even though I said I wanted and Oreo Coffee Chiller. idk how that sounds like an Oreo Cloud Latte with fifteen different additives……I literally had the worst experience and instead of just apologizing and remaking it, he told me to go to another Dunkin and I didn’t have to come back. mind you, this Dunkin is 2 minutes from my job and I have come here for four years since I’ve worked at my job…he was so rude and none of the staff even apologized for him

Visited Dunkin’ Mentor Ave (near Johnnycake Ridge) and had a fun quick stop for coffee and donuts. The coffee was classic Dunkin’—smooth and reliable, perfect for a morning pick‑me‑up. I also grabbed a couple of donuts, and while they weren’t the freshest artisanal treats, they hit the spot with familiar flavors you expect from the brand. The staff was friendly and the drive‑thru was quick, which is great when you’re on the go. Some items could be a bit more fresh or flavorful on a busy morning, but overall it’s a solid place for coffee and breakfast snacks in the area.  Highly recommended

Genuinely the most incompetent rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. They never sell out of stuff on their app and were out of what I needed. Then when I asked for a refund for my entire $40 order they said I had to call customer service then then I called customer service they told me that the location itself should’ve given me a refund. Never going back.
