so I ordered my second time salad stuffers first was awesome packed full. fantastic. so this one was half the size and not even quarter of the way full. some lettuce and all dressing. horrible

Overall, I’ve always liked Panera food. But this location seems to always be filthy, as if no attention is paid to the dining area. The portions seem skimpy and overall the food temperature and presentation is just passable. Even the coffee was basically out at 11:00, neither breakfast nor lunch. And the staff seems overworked and irritable… Sad because I used to really enjoy this chain.

Always super slow for door dashes. Past 3 orders had to stand 15 minutes past pickup time. We are workers too and seems like our orders are never priority here. Do better.

Ordered online to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes. Standing over to where the pick up order food is. And explain to me why they put the food on the counter not even close to the pick up food stand.Never even called my name out for it so I’m standing there for I don’t know how long not knowing my food is done because no one ever called my name and they did not put it in the pick up order spot. Extremely frustrating.
