While on vacation in the area, my girlfriend and I were figuring out where to go for lunch. Thai food sounded amazing, and I convinced her we should go. Found that Thai 999 had fantastic reviews and decided to give them a try. Absolutely delicious! Chose the appetizer sampler for starters, and I picked the sweet chili fried rice, she chose the pineapple fried rice. We’re both very picky eaters, and I only prefer to write online reviews when I’m impressed. Gees was so friendly, and took great care of our lunch. The food and experience was wonderful. We started with the appetizer sampler, which was served with homemade, fresh, ingredients, and 3 different sauces that were so flavorful. Then we had eggplant, basil and duck .The duck was perfect and the flavors are so developed. Just a great dish. The next dish was crispy chicken over a stir fry of rice noodles, eggs, onion, etc. Fantastic meal and so flavorful without getting overly hot. I will bring everyone for a treat.

This is the best Thai food I have had anywhere in Ohio! We have dined in twice now, as we live further away, and have now made it our mission to visit whenever we find ourselves nearby. The dining room, while quaint, was decorated seasonally and reflected the level of care that goes into the entire restaurant. The menu is extensive and includes plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. The woman running the front of the house (Chay was the name listed on the check) was incredibly attentive and made sure that we didn’t go overboard on our spice levels for our curry and noodle dishes, respectively
