Worst burgers I've ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves for even selling what they sold me. I've put this particular store on my do not eat here list. The burgers were old. The cheese was hard on the edges. The onions looked like they were dying around for days before their use. If I was the manager, I'd be embarrassed if my employees put out that low of quality of food.

I ordered curbside pick up had a big order and waited for a while had to walk in to get my order my food was cold and I wasn’t paying attention when I got home I saw all my fries were half way full. This location always forgets something I got happy meals and no drinks.

The workers aren't that friendly. They sometimes acknowledge if you're lucky. Ever since they have the kiosk to order your own food it's like Customer Service doesn't exist.

Literally everytime I have come to this location, they mess up my order somehow. They park you, no matter what you order, and have you wait forever just to bring you the wrong food. I have given this place so many chances and I’ve never had a good experience! Their customer services sucks too. This is literally the worst location in Merced.
