“Great food and a cozy atmosphere!”

I came straight from work, exhausted and just trying to eat. I drove 20 minutes out of my way to pick up this order, got home, and opened the box to find pepperoni on my pizza even though I never ordered pepperoni and it wasn’t on the receipt. I’m Muslim and can’t eat pork, so the food was completely useless to me. My last name, Mohamad, is clearly printed on the receipt, which should have made it obvious that extra care was needed. When I called the store to explain, they didn’t offer to remake the pizza. Instead, they refunded only $10 and left me with no meal after wasting my time and gas.

The woman there was the genuinely sweet as she could be. I had an issue with my phone with my order and she was determined to help me figure it out . She was a great representative for Pizza Hut. Atmosphere gets a 3 because we want the lunch buffet back , Jukebox and red cups. I hear it happening at other Pizza Hut locations. Please let it be this one!
