Every time I order from here something is always wrong. I order cream cheese on a bagel, tell me why yall put my cream cheese a la carte? If im paying 4$ a bagel I fully expect my cream cheese to be applied. Disgraceful.

Burnt croissant, half a cup of coffee, a melted coffee that wasn’t even made correctly. The lady didn’t even want to fix it for me, and my refresher is practically unmixed. How disgusting. Never coming to this Dunkin again this is unacceptable and the lady at the window was so rude.
