Don't let the simple name fool you. This Mexican restaurant is one of the best in the state! My partner and I visit once a week and never had a problem with the food and/or service. The food is authentically Mexican and is delicious. The drinks are amazing and they pour heavy. Many latinos go to eat there so you know if latinos go to eat there the food must be good. The service has always been excellent. No attitudes. Just happy faces. The restaurant is very clean.

The food is soooo good! They didn’t time bringing out our food at the same time which really aggravated us. Then the waitress let us know that because I ordered the gorditas it took longer than the rest of our tables food. But honestly, when my food finally came out it was so delicious that I barely remembered about being annoyed waiting around for my food. THAT’S how good the food is. RUN here, don’t walk.

This place is okay. We are from the south and we have yet to find a good Mexican style restaurant here in ct. The tacos are a 7/10 the tortillas are store bought. The tacos are double tortillas so It fills you up faster. The meat is fresh. Steak, fajita, Pastor, Tripa, even the fish is grilled here. My husband likes their fish tacos, menudo and the tripa tacos are one of his favorites. The pinto beans are fresh. The Rice is not good at all. It tastes like plastic without seasoning. . That’s why the the 4 stars. When we go as a family we just go for the tacos. And their menudo. The staff speaks
