I decided to give sunrise cafe a chance. I went on a weekday so it wasn’t busy. I ordered 3 egg breakfast with bacon and some of the red potatoes instead of hashbrowns. I also ordered hot tea since I already had me allotment of coffee that morning. When the food arrived, it was pretty disappointed. The egg were overcooked and there was such a small amount of potatoes These are red potatoes, sliced round. There must’ve been about 4 ounces maybe 5 ounces of potatoes on a small plate. Classic diner with great service and good food. Stopped in for breakfast and settled on the Big Biscuit Breakfast with hashbrowns. The coffee was delicious. Service was great and I loved the old school western vibes. They seem to do a lot of door dash orders as people were constantly picking up orders.

My family and I have been coming to Sunrise regularly (too regularly :D) for three years and enjoy everything about it. The food is great, but the atmosphere and joyful people are what bring us back. First of all, Tiare is the best waitress around. We all left here highly caffeinated and soooo full. Cross your fingers she’s here when you come. My buddy went with the chicken fried steak, but I got the country platter - same thing but all chopped up, covered in sausage gravy, hash browns, 2 eggs AND a side of pumpkin pancakes! And we tried their “scone” that’s like a zeppoli back in Jersey. Rolling out of here very happy.
