Couldn’t be more disappointed by my concrete. It was liquid when I got it, it took me 4 minutes to get home to take the video. It was like cold flavored milk. Pretty sure it was missing one of my mix-ins also but it was hard to tell if it just wasn’t noticeable. They also got the order wrong the first time, used vanilla instead of chocolate-that one was runny too.

Ordered curbside and waited 20 minutes in the spot, (I've got a bad leg and didn't want to walk in) checking in multiple times to make sure it went through. Eventually I got out and went in and asked if they had it. There were 5 or 6 employees standing behind the counter and to their credit, they got to me quickly when I came in. But it turns out the food and drinks were ready and behind the counter, there was just no one who brought them out. They were apparently done shortly after we arrived, according to the receipt. Kind of defeated the point of ordering curbside.

I usually like Culver’s , but last time we went I ordered about 40 dollars worth of food and didn’t get my complete order things were missing . I called and spoke to someone to ask for a refund for the items that I didn’t receive, they said not to worry and that they can and will refund the money , it’s been about 2 weeks and still haven’t received the money . It’s just unfortunate cause I really like Culver’s but when something like this doesn’t get fixed or resolved. Kinda puts a bad taste in your mouth .

I'm not a huge fan of butter burgers, but the staff is so friendly I had to get one. The staff greeted me when I arrived. Took my order and verified it was correct. Thanked me and delivered my food to my table. In 2026 this should be the standard everywhere, but it is not. I am glad some places still practice great customer service. I would eat at this specific location again just because of the employees!
