I went here with my husband and we ordered two pretty standard bakery staples: a brownie and a crème brûlée. Somehow, both managed to be genuinely awful. The brownie was so dry it felt like chewing on desert sand — and not in the “cakey brownie” kind of way. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was honestly inedible. And the crème brûlée was somehow even worse. It had more egg than a hen house. Instead of being rich, silky, and balanced, it tasted like scrambled eggs with sugar on top. Absolutely horrendous. I’m really not one to leave negative reviews lightly. I don’t leave bad reviews after one sour experience and I understand the human element to the food service industry. I have been a patron of this location since it opened. My family and I spent thousands of dollars and tried dozens of items off of their menu. The last six months in particular have been awful. Whether it be customer service or quality going down. There have been several take out orders of pastries that have been missing an item and when you call to talk with them they are rude and unapologetic. Their online ordering has not

I especially want to shout out the bakery for being accomdating on a recent holiday order that I had to cancel short notice. The asst manager Kate and Sofia both handled this better than I could have asked for. Well done, per usual.
