I’m glad I got to squeeze in some time for stopping here for my lunch break. I asked for my food “to go” since I wasn’t sure if I’d finish everything in my 30 minutes lunch break and they accomplished my goal! It was delicious!! 😋 I’ve been to some of their other locations and they are parallel in quality! I got the 3 street tacos,🌮 🌮🌮 Mexican rice & beans with some queso fresco sprinkled on top and the agua mineral limonada with strawberry 🍓 and there’s half a strawberry in it, a slice of lime, delicious limeade and I’m pretty sure some chamoy but I could be wrong. It was all soooo good!

1st time here on a Sunday Morning and walked into a lively, high spirits and rather busy environment (which are all good signs by the way lol.) The Menu is loaded with options, so perhaps you'll have a little bit of trouble choosing what to try, like I did. The Cafe de Olla was simply delicious! And the tiny Concha it came with? Nice lil surprise indeed. I settled for the Hatch Chilly Omlette and the Wifey got the Chillaquiles Trio, both super good and with generous plate sizes. What a very nice place; professional staff, nice ambiance, and a wide selection on the menu. The food was heavenly and so was the coffee. I can’t get over how fresh and so clean, like OutKast, the food was. The corn tortillas need some work though, and then, they would be ready to go against any other restaurant.

I have had this place on my list for a few years now and finally had a reason to make a two hour drive there when my bestie was in Phoenix area for the holidays. I take my chilaquiles very seriously. In fact, I am a self proclaimed expert/aficionado from years and years ago after first trying my sister-in-laws chilaquiles and deciding it was in my top 5 favorite foods of all time. Over the years, I have tried hundreds of chilaquiles versions - my SIL's being the bar that had to be met. This lovely restaurant was quite busy for a Friday late morning, everyone I encountered here was super warm
