I visited DMac's for the first time yesterday. I got the honey hot wings with a side of Mac n cheese. It was good! The wings were cooked well, which I love and appreciate. They weren't slimy, red or pink, and didn't have to be put in the oven which typically happens when I go to chain wings spots. I didn't know there was a Wednesday special (.99 cent wings), so that was a pleasant surprise. I would have gotten more if I'd realized (greedy lol). The mac and cheese was really good. This place was close to my nephew's house, so we decided to check it out. I got the 2 piece catfish with Mac n cheese. It was a 10/10. The fish was seasoned like we do it in the south and the mac-n-cheese was on point. My nephew had wings (Honey Hot and Cajun). He says they were amazing. A.J. was working the counter and the kitchen. One man show and held it down like he had a full crew. Definitely coming back.

Incredible chicken!! We had the tenders, which were real strips of chicken that were hand breaded perfectly. The fry is light, and not oily. The fries were good, we recommend the Cajun. Macaroni and cheese was underwhelming, for being in the name, but did meet the promise of being a southern style Mac. The staff were kind and engaging and the atmosphere was hip and memorable. Can’t wait to return!
