Craving a burger and tots and normally Sonic is consistent regardless of location. I am not expecting a lot just decent food for value. This was the absolute WORST experience with their food ever. The tots came out cold and swimming in grease. Look at the pics of the bag and the cup. I am not exaggerating. My car seat is greasy, I thought I spilled my drink at first. Nope just a cup of grease with soggy tots. It soaked the bag, the burgers the cheese sticks. Everything ruined. I tried calling and no answer. I tried again no answer. If I could give a zero, I would strictly for the customer service at this location. I love sonic but the lady with black hair who claimed to be the manager did not want to help me at all with my card and was rude over the Microphone told me she doesn’t have to help me. I will be taking this up to corporate. This is not the first time I have occurred this with her and her diva attitude if something is not done about this soon.!!!

The girl who brought our food out had such a diva attitude in a rude way didn't want to help with my credit card stood there said here get your drink she's short with short blk hair it's now 1:48pm also she stood on the sidewalk I had to open my door reach over because she wouldn't come any closer.. I wasn't close to where she couldn't fit. Idk but if you don't like your job get a new one. I get way better service from the other girls and the male who are both very excellent 👌👍 good job for them 2 🤗🤗🤗🤗 guess some people think they privileged

I honestly felt like I wasted my money here. Too expensive for the little food I received. The chicken did not taste like chicken at all. Seventeen dollars for chicken pieces, dried out cheese sticks and a lemonade is definitely not worth returning.
