I went to their Mesquite Texas location. Yes, it’s old and a bit run down but that kind of adds to the charm. At $15 for a two meat dinner plate, it’s a huge bargain. I got the brisket and smoked sausage with coleslaw and potato salad on the side. Comes with some thick Texas toast as well. Everything was very very good. The sausage was super flavorful and just the right amount of kick. The sauce was excellent as well. The meats were juicy and flavorful, not a lot of fat on the brisket, in fact, I didn’t notice any. Please Please Please Do Not eat from this establishment!! After tearing up the pasta salad and the beans I started to take a bite of my sandwich (sliced brisket) and noticed a large piece of plastic. I called the Establishment and to my surprise the person who answered the phone had a very nasty attitude and was almost as if oh well type of attitude. I'm heading to the Er as I consumed a large amount of plastic from this sandwich and informed them they would be receiving the bill.
