Bright, modern, and pleasant. The classic bubble waffle was one the best I've ever had. Crispy edges/exterior with a soft, pillowy interior that was warm and not overly sweet. The strawberry cream was a great addition to the dish. My drink was a brown sugar spice, cold brew iced latte. The coffee was a nice quality and the add-ins weren't so sweet that they took away from the taste. Everything was fresh and made to order. The atmosphere is conducive to conversations and kid friendly.

Not sure how new this boba place is. But they don't even have a store sign on top like the other store next to them do. So you might miss them like we almost did, when driving up the road. They also don't have their menu on the wall. And they have lots more wall space than most boba shops. Seem to sell more merchandise than drinks & food. Their menu's on their order tablets by the counter. Got the Thai milk tea & it's good but on the too-sweet side. Good prices & got the Mini size. Boba pearls' firm enough & yummy. I was in Mesquite for a meeting & I was in the mood for a match afterwards & this little gem came up as an option. Cute, clean & my matcha was tasty. Lots of windows, so there's tons of light & it feels very airy. Cute seating & fun stuff to buy other than drinks. I'll visit again when I'm in the area.
