Food was solid—not exceptional, but well-executed. The space is genuinely beautiful with great outdoor seating and ambiance. That’s where the positives end. Service was inconsistent and frustrating. After finishing, we waited with dirty plates on the table for an extended period because our server disappeared. I understand shifts change, but that’s no excuse for leaving customers hanging. More problematic: I was charged for a side salad without being informed it wasn’t included in my order. That feels like deliberate misdirection to inflate the bill—exactly the kind of tactic that erodes trust

Dinner at Baires Grill was a fantastic experience, made even more special thanks to Matilde, our server. She thoughtfully addressed every request, from warming up the bread to perfectly toasting it, small details that truly elevated the evening. The appetizers set the tone.. A must-try is the goat cheese cheese cake: creamy, smooth, flavorful, and slightly sweet. If you enjoy a sweet-forward appetizer, this one is a winner.
