I’ve given this Dunkin location multiple chances, but my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The customer service is often rude and unwelcoming, which makes what should be a quick, pleasant stop feel frustrating instead. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive further out of my way to another location just to receive better service and be treated with basic courtesy. I really hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because it definitely impacts whether people come back.

Very DISAPPOINTED especially when the Young Boy at the Drive thru told me that I would Have to PAY for A GRAPE Jelly , which is Really SAD & he Ran & Left the Window & shut the Glass & left me there !!!!! I Just Think Establishments are Greedy & Selfish to that in General honestly they Should have just tookt the Ketchups out of the Bag that I did NO& ask for & swap iout for the Jelly that is on the hash browns which are Delicious by the way !! So it's just poor communication skills and the only reason why they got one star is because the coffee was decent other than that I WILL NOT Be Returni

The iced coffee I got was about 20% coffee, 60% milk, 20% sugar. I left it on the window sill and I’m just going to dispute the charge. The worst iced coffee I’ve ever had
