Worst McDonald's ever. No menu board to see the items. No cashiers to help you. Only slow, difficult to use kiosks. No receipt after ordering. Limited seating despite a huge parking lot. Slow service. Borderline expensive at $11 almost for a chicken sandwich meal. Hot inside on a hot day, where is the air conditioning? No drink fountain, so no refills? Disgusting paper straws. Fries were ok. Chicken sandwich looked sad, tasted ok. I kid you not... I looked, did a doubletake and was in shock.. no menu and no cashiers.. looks like some unfinished wall under construction, like how can we make it

I gave four stars because after reading the reviews I feel bad for the owner. But when I ordered a chocolate and a strawberry shake I couldn't tell them apart. When I go anywhere else for a chocolate shake you can tell it's chocolate because of the color. And it usually tastes like chocolate. Was this a one squirt deal? Oh the chocolates on the left and strawberry is on the right.

Unfortunately, every single time that I come to this McDonald’s it either takes 40 minutes to get your food or they screw up your order. When you go on the drive-through, it’s like they don’t understand English and they get your order completely wrong. They always make you go up to the third window and just sit there and wait for your food. Meanwhile, people are waiting in line on the drive-through for over 20 minutes. There’s always somebody disgruntled coming to this place. It’s such a shame because the owners seemed like such a nice people, but the staff is just running it to the ground. Th

So much for "fast food", waited 25 minutes for my order. Coffee was missing. informed the team member after another 5 minutes of waiting. When the coffee was finally received, most of it was on the lid. very messy. Management/owner needs to step in to provide better training/leadership. This franchise has gone down hill fast..
