I stopped by 7 Brew on Adws Hwy by the hospital and asked for healthcare discount. The cashier was very polite and checked with the shift lead since I was wearing scrubs and my hospital badge. The shift lead asked what my badge said, and when told it was Radiology, responded that the discount was only for nurses and firefighters. What made the interaction more confusing is that I and several of my coworkers in healthcare have received the discount before without any issues. If the policy has changed, that's completely understandable, but it could have been explained professionally and respect

If I could give this 7Brew 10 stars I definitely would. Fast and efficient service, with some of the most lovely employees ever. A good heartwarming experience for everyone to feel welcomed. Drinks were super delicious and exactly how we order them. I want to personally thank the employee that goes by the name Laura. She was the sweetest person ever, and was really good at giving drink recommendations and adjusting to my allergies and things I couldn’t have. Really really wanna thank her a lot for that, and for making the super yummy drinks I’ve just mentioned. Definitely a 100/10 employee!!!

Went by on 03/24/2026. I normally go to the other location on the loop since it's more convenient for me but I have had 2 encounters of bad customer service there so finally I decided to make the change to this location. Let me tell you it was well worth the change!!! From the person taking my order to the person who prepared my beverage and the one wiping it down before handing it to me the customer service was top notch everyone was super sweet and made me feel welcomed. THANK YOU FOR THAT!!! KEEP THAT UP!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SPEAKS VOLUMES!

I went to 7 brew on Texas here in midland tx and ordered one of my regular drinks and tell me why they gave it to me with powder clumps all on the top, and the liquid was clear. I told them it NEVER looks like that and showed them my picture bc its at their location and they said it's bc its sugar free so everything is gonna clump and separate 🙄 mind you ive been getting this drink for awhile with NO ISSUE, so instead of trying to remake it they just said that's how its gonna look bc its sugar free🙄🙄🙄🙄 sooo annoying, so just got a refund.
