This Whataburger location off Douglas Boulevard in Midwest City is one of the better ones I’ve been to, and it’s the only one I make a point to go out of my way for. The service here is consistently friendly and welcoming. I’m almost always greeted with a smile, and the team members are polite and efficient. My orders are rarely (if ever) wrong, which says a lot compared to some other fast food spots. They also have kiosks available if you prefer to order that way, which is convenient. Whataburger is hsnds down my favorite corporate burger. This one was made better by our being far from home in a strange city. Seeing that big orange sign was a welcome sight. But the best thing about this visit were the employees. Friendly, happy service has me smiling at the memory two days later.

Pulled in the driveway thru 3 cars in front of me. 20 minutes later still one car in front of me when I couldn't wait any longer. 20 minutes in the drive thru and still did not receive my food. I couldn't wait more than 20 minutes and had to pull out of the drive thru without any food.
