I stopped in and grabbed an order for pick up. while it was made in a timely manner, once I got back home I realized my order was not correct. They substituted a drink without asking first and it wasn’t what I would have chosen for myself as well as they didn’t add on things to my sandwich that I paid extra for. In fact, there weren’t any topping whatsoever even though I ordered them. On top of everything, when I paid for my food, the worker put it out of reach and didn’t acknowledge me whatsoever but went on to talk to someone else who came up after me. Will not be visiting here again.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Jordan appeared unprofessional, uninterested, and completely disengaged from his job. His appearance looked unkempt and did not reflect the standards customers should expect from a business. When I asked for assistance, he acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. His attitude made it seem like he simply did not want to be there. Management should seriously review the quality of customer service and professionalism being provided at this location. Based on this experience, I have no intention of returning.

Wawa on Rolling Road in Windsor Mill was a convenient stop when I needed food, coffee, and fuel in one place. The 24-hour setup makes it useful for early mornings, late nights, or quick stops during a busy day. I liked being able to grab a sandwich and drink without waiting too long, and the ordering process was pretty easy. The store had a busy convenience-store feel, but it worked well for a fast stop. Overall, it was a practical place for gas, snacks, coffee, or a quick meal on the go.
