Visited Connecticut and was told i had to try Colony Pizza. We were tight on time so we walked in and ordered a pizza to go and waited for it by the hostess stand. The hostess was super friendly and made pleasant conversation while we waited. Pizza came out and we left to eat it in the car. The pizza it self was different that anything i had ever had previously. it is very thin crust with not a lot of pizza sauce. We got sausage and peppers with their signature hot oil. it was a very interesting combination, while it was different than the pizza i am used to, i would say that it was very good

Can’t believe how come I didn’t discover this place sooner. Taken by my friends to the restaurant since this is the fav of theirs. I knew it’d be my top pizza list when I tasted the first slice. Absolutely amazing! Thin crust full of flavors but without the chars! Had to order a take out right away. Good vibes and very cheerful staff too.

Unexpected Detour, Delicious Discovery! While on vacation, we had to make an unplanned stop at the local ER and hospital—definitely not on our itinerary. We needed something quick and comforting, so we ordered takeout from Colony Grill… and we are so glad we did! We’d never tried Connecticut-style pizza before, and as thin crust lovers, this was heaven. The crust is wafer thin and packed with flavor—truly unlike any other pizza we’ve had.
