Usually I never have an issue. I come here all the time. However lately the food has been cold and today the bacon was like scraps. What am I paying for ? N it’s cold. They forget part of my order so if I didn’t check before I left I just don’t get it. I can’t go back, so I’m stuck with this horrible order. I don’t know what’s going on, this place use to be on point.

I love dunkin. Im a regular customer i spend $7 plus everyday. Today i went to this location asked for a latte w an extra shot of espresso (otherwise its too light) the guy who made my drink when i saw it literally looked like straight Milk so i asked if he can add an extra shot, he goes it will be extra $1.75. Mind u im already paying $7.82 for my drink just for it to be milk? Idky he was so mad about it like its literally not that big of a deal. you add an extra shot and we are good its that simple (thats what mostly dunkin workers do) but he kept saying u have to pay extra. Really disappoin

They have a terrible attitude; they do a poor job just to get things done quickly. One guy's attitude was abysmal—absolutely horrible. They didn't serve what we ordered; instead, they gave us whatever they felt like giving us. Terrible service.
